Put the flap control lever in the FLAP UP detent to retract the flaps.

 INBOARD FLAP - ADJUSTMENT/TEST

 1.  General_______
 A.  There is one task in this procedure an adjustment of an inboard flap. The procedure has these parts:
 (1)
An extension of the spoilers

 (2)
The removal of the access panels

 (3)
An adjustment of the inboard flaps at the downstop

 (4)
An adjustment of the inboard flaps at the upstop

 (5)
An adjustment of the droop and symmetry

 (6)
An adjustment of the inboard flap clearances

 (7)
An adjustment of the spoiler-to-flap clearance

 (8)
An adjustment of the aileron-to-flap clearance

 (9)
An adjustment of the aftflap

 (10)
 The installation of the access panels

 (11)
 A retraction of the spoilers

 B.  
You can do the inboard flap adjustment procedure with the movable flap track fairings installed or removed. But, if the procedure is done after the flap installation procedure, the movable flap track fairings will be installed as part of this procedure. Each flap can be adjusted independently. Thus, after a flap has been installed it is only necessary to adjust that flap.
