 H. Do a check on and adjust miscellaneous items.

Pressurize hydraulic system No. 4 (AMM 29-11-00/201).

Put the flap control lever in the UP detent to retract flaps.

Release the pressure in hydraulic system No. 4 (AMM 29-11-00/201).

Make sure that the roller overhang is in the limits of Detail D, Fig. 401.

Make sure that the clearance between the inboard end of the midflap and the midflap support track is in the limits of Detail E, Fig. 401.

 NOTE: The clearance between the foreflap and midflap is not

 OUTBOARD FOREFLAP - INSPECTION/CHECK

 1.  General_______
 A.  This procedure has one task, which is an inspection/check of the outboard foreflap. The task has these parts:
 (1)  
An inspection/check of the joints that connect the foreflap fitting to the sequence carriage

 (2)  
An inspection/check of the joints that connect the foreflap lever to the midflap track

 B.  
In this procedure you measure the inner and outer diameter of the bearings and bolts which attach the outboard foreflap fitting to the sequence carriage. You also measure the inner and outer diameter of the bushings, bearing and bolt that connect the foreflap lever to the midflap track.

 C.  
To do this check, the outboard foreflap must be removed from the airplane. Usually you do this check before the outboard foreflap is installed.
