Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
(a)
P414, Power Distribution Center Panel-Left 1) 414D8, CAPT PWR SEAT
(b)
P415, Power Distribution Center Panel-Right 1) 415H32, F/O PWR SEAT

Remove the right cover from the pilot's control stand.
S 014-014
(5)
Remove the lightplate and flap lever cover (AMM 76-11-03/201).
S 024-004
(6)
Remove the flap control lever.
(a)
Remove the screw (2).
(b)
Disconnect the rod (6) from the lever.
(c)
Remove the bolt (12) from the bearing retainer (13).
(d)
Remove the bearing retainer (13) and bearing (11).
(e)
Remove the control lever (1) from the shaft.
