Push the ALT FLAPS ARM switch to put the flap system in alternate control.
(f)
Turn the ALT FLAPS EXT/RET switch to extend the inboard flaps. 1) Measure the current in each of the three phases with the multimeter and current probe.
2) The difference in the current between the three phases must be less than 2.4 amps.
(g)
Turn the ALT FLAPS EXT/RET switch to retract the inboard flaps.
(h)
Push the ALT FLAPS ARM switch.

Remove the test box:
(a)
Disconnect the test box cable from the motor and the connector.
(b)
Attach the electrical connector D625 to the inboard motor.

Do the outboard drive motor test:
(a)
Remove the electrical connector D622 from the outboard drive motor.
(b)
Connect the test box to the outboard drive motor: 1) Connect the test box cable G27025-3 connector P2 to the motor. 2) Connect the test box cable connector J2 to the connector DM622.
3) Connect the cable connector P1 to the test box connector J1.
(c)
Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers: 1) P6, Main Power Distribution Panel a) 6L19, TE FLAP ELEC CONT OTBD
2) P415, Power Distribution Center - Right a) 415M38, TE FLAP ELEC OTBD
(d)
Put the multimeters and current probes on the cables A, B and C in the test box.
