 (1)  
Set the STAB TRIM 2 and 3 switches on the control stand to CUTOUT.

Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:

 (a)  
P6, Main Power Distribution Panel
 1) 6K23, STAB TRIM POSN IND L
 2) 6K24, STAB TRIM POSN IND R

 (b)  
P7, Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel
 1) 7E7, STAB TRIM L S/O VALVE
 2) 7E20, STAB TRIM R S/O VALVE
 3) 7E6, STAB TRIM L CONT
 4) 7E19, STAB TRIM R CONT

_______ THE FIRST OFFICER'S SEATS BEFORE YOU DO WORK AROUND THEM. A FAILURE TO OPEN THE CIRCUIT BREAKERS CAN CAUSE THE SEATS TO MOVE ACCIDENTALLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:

 (a)  
P414, Power Distribution Center Panel - Left 1) 414D8, CAPTAINS PWR SEAT

 (b)  
P415, Power Distribution Center Panel - Right 1) 415H32, F/O PWR SEAT

Open the 315A access door (AMM 06-09-05/201).

Remove these electrical connectors from the applicable transmitter:

 (a)  
DM7884, Left Transmitter

 (b)  
DM7883, Center Transmitter

 (c)  
DM7882, Right Transmitter

 (6)  
Remove the transmitter module:

 (a)  
Remove three screws and nuts that attach the transmitter module to the mounting bracket. 1) Remove the sealant from three screws and nuts. 2) Remove three screws, washers, and nuts.

 (b)  
Remove the transmitter module.
