Procedure

 (1)  
Put the O-ring and the back-up rings fully into the hydraulic fluid.

Install the pressure switch in the manifold.

Install a lockwire on the switch.

 (4)  S 094-016Remove the rig pin.
 (5)  S 864-010Turn the shutoff valve handle counterclockwise to the fully open position.
 (6)  S 794-011Make sure that there are no leaks around the switch.
 (7)  S 614-015Inflate the shock strut if it is necessary (AMM 12-15-05/301).
 (8)  S 084-016Remove the strut inflation tool or the manifold assembly and the source of air or nitrogen.

 WARNING: USE THE PROCEDURE IN AMM 32-00-30/201 TO REMOVE THE DOOR LOCKS
_______ FROM THE NOSE GEAR. THE DOORS OPEN AND CLOSE QUICKLY AND CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
 (9)  Do this task: "Removal of the Door Locks from the Nose Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

 NOSE GEAR PRESSURE SWITCH - ADJUSTMENT/TEST

 1.  General_______
 A.  There are two tasks in this procedure. The first task locks out the nose landing gear and doors while working in the NLG area and then performs the functional test of the nose gear pressure switch (which is referred to as the "pressure switch"). The second task has the pressure proof test of the nose gear pressure switch assembly. The procedure has these parts:
 (1)  
The installation of the ground locks on the landing gear and the door locks on the nose gear.

 (2)  
The functional testing of the pressure switch.

 (3)  
The pressure proof of the pressure switch.
