Remove the flap control module:
CAUTION:_______DO NOT LET THE PARTS FALL INTO THE GEARBOX. YOU MUST REMOVE THE FLAP POWER PACKAGE TO GET THE PARTS OUT.
(a)
Remove the bolt (35), washers (37), bushings (36), nut (38) and cotter pin (39) which attach the control valve stem (32) to the crank (34).
(b)
Disconnect the five hydraulic lines (8) from the module.
(c)
Install a plug in the open hydraulic lines (8).
(d)
Remove three bolts (12 and 19), washers (13 and 20) and the bushing (14) which attach the control module to the flap power package.
(e)
Move the bracket (15) and the electrical wire to permit the removal of the module (7).
(f)
Carefully lift the control module (7) from the flap power package.

Install a cap in the open ports in the control module.
