 OUTBOARD FOREFLAP - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

 1.  General_______
 A.  This section contains two tasks, one for the removal and one for the installation of an outboard foreflap.
 (1)  
The removal procedure has these parts:

 (a)  
The extension of the outboard flight spoilers

 (b)  
The extension of the flaps

 (c)  
The installation of the support equipment

 (d)  
The removal of the outboard foreflap.

 (2)  
The installation procedure has these parts:

 (a)  
A check of the parts for worn areas

 (b)  
The installation of the outboard foreflap

 (c)  
The removal of the support equipment

 (d)  
An adjustment of the outboard foreflap

 (e)  
The retraction of the flaps

 (f)  
The retraction of the outboard flight spoilers.

 B.  
You can remove and install the outboard foreflap independently of the inboard midflap and aftflap.
