When the above conditions have been met, the arm valve solenoid will be energized. The arm valve pressurizes one side of the isolation valve which opens to pressurize the thrust reverser system.

With the reverse thrust levers raised, the stow valve solenoid in the control valve module hydraulically repositions the directional control valve to direct hydraulic pressure to extend the hydraulic actuators and deploy the thrust reverser.
(a) The auto restow proximity sensor will be out of proximity when the sleeves translate aft. The auto restow proximity sensor energizes the arm valve solenoid to open the isolation valve when the sensor is out of target proximity range.
