(a) Install the cover on the back of the blocker door with three bolts, washers and nuts.

(16) Install all drag links that were removed (AMM 78-31-07/401).
(a) If the drag link nuts were loose, make sure the nuts are tightened to the correct value (AMM 78-31-07/401).
NOTE: Nuts that are tightened too much can cause the bushings
____ to push too tightly against the spherical bearing and cause the deformation of the spherical bearing in the drag link.

(3) Open the thrust reverser (AMM 78-31-00/201).
NOTE: Let the thrust reversers hang free.

D. Remove the actuator (Fig. 401).

(1) Do these steps to remove the actuator.
(a)
Disconnect the actuator from the fitting on the fan frame.
(b)
Disconnect the actuator rod end from the fitting on the thrust reverser.
(c)
Remove the actuator.
