2)  Install the cotter pin.
 a)  The torque on the nut can be increased to 30 pound-inches (3.4 newton meters) to install the cotter pin.
 3)  Put the sealant on the nut and cotter pin to the outer diameter of the washer, and on the end of the bolt, to prevent the movement of the cotter pin.
