NOTE: You can remove other cascade segments as necessary, so

Get access to the drag links through the area from which you removed the cascade segments.

Remove the drag link as follows:
(a) Disconnect the drag link from the pivot link.
NOTE: The pivot link can turn to permit access to the drag

link bolt.
(b)
Disconnect the drag link from the anchor fitting.
(c)
Remove the drag link.

CAUTION: MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 EVENLY-SPACED CASCADE
_______ SEGMENTS IN PLACE TO SUPPORT THE AFT CASCADE RING. IF YOU FAIL TO DO THIS, DAMAGE TO THE AFT CASCADE RING CAN OCCUR.
(1)
Get access to the drag links through the area from which you removed the cascade segments.

Install the drag link as follows:
(a) Turn the pivot link out of the pocket to the blocker door.
CAUTION: MAKE SURE THE BOLT HEAD IS ON THE SIDE THAT CONTAINS THE
_______ LARGE BUSHING. IF YOU DO NOT MAKE SURE THE BOLT HEAD IS ON THE PROPER SIDE, DAMAGE CAN OCCUR.
(b) Connect the drag link to the pivot link with the bolt, washers, bushing and nut. 1) Install the bolt with washer through the plain bushing.
