Close door with jammed actuator or mechanism.
(a)
Bypass jammed lift mechanism (if applicable). 1) Install sling used to install the door, and hoist door upward to relieve preload on door lift actuating mechanism.
2) Remove two ceiling panels from the second row of ceiling panels inboard of the door for access (if installed), and disconnect lift actuator links from door fittings.
3) Using door sling, lower door and hold in closed position.

(b) (c) Bypass jammed hook mechanism (if applicable). 1) Remove forward and aft hook mechanism access panels from lower edge of door. 2) Disconnect pushrods from lower hook torque shafts. 3) Using a strap wrench, rotate each hook shaft to hook door.Bypass jammed latch mechanism (if applicable). 1) Remove five latch mechanism access panels from lower edge of door and two midspan latch mechanism access panels midway up the door. 2) Disconnect each of the five lower latch pushrods and two midspan latch pushrods from the latch torque tubes. 3) Using a strap wrench, rotate each lower latch and midspan latch cam to latch the door.
(d) Bypass jammed master latch lock handle mechanism (if applicable).
NOTE:____ If shear pin in external handle is sheared, the internal handle can still be operated to lock the latches. If the mechanism is jammed proceed as follows.
1) 2) 3) Remove panel from inner surface of door.Disconnect lower master latch lock handle pushrod from master latch lock torque tube.Using a strap wrench, rotate master latch lock torque tube to extend the latch lock sectors and close the pressure relief doors.
(e) After bypassing jammed mechanism, continue electrical operation of door per "Open and close door electrically" paragraph.
