Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
(a)
On the Auxilary External 2 Power Center-Right panel P715: 1) NOSE CARGO DOOR (115V AC)
(b)
On the Power Distribution Center-Right panel P415: 1) 415F16 NOSE CARGO DOOR CONT (28V DC)
(c)
On the Nose Cargo Door Power panel H122:
1) LATCHES 1-4 LEFT
2) LATCHES 1-4 RIGHT
3) LATCHES 5-8 LEFT
4) LATCHES 5-8 RIGHT
5) PULL UP CAM
6) DOOR LIFT

Disconnect the flexible drive shafts at the linear actuators.

CAUTION: DO NOT CRANK THE LATCH ACTUATOR WITH MORE THAN 8 POUND-FEET
_______ TORQUE. THIS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE MANUAL DRIVE INPUT.
(1)
Manually drive each of 16 latch actuators to fully unlatch the pins (approximately 150 turns from the fully latch to unlatched position) and make sure the torque is not more than 20 pound-inches.

Manually drive the push-pull cam actuator to move the cam to the fully open position.
NOTE: Approximately 200 turns to fully open the cam from the fully

closed position.

CAUTION: MAKE SURE TO DRIVE THE TWO LINEAR ACTUATORS SIMULTANEOUSLY.
_______ THE UNEQUAL LOAD DISTRIBUTION CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE LINEAR ACTUATORS.
(3) Simultaneously drive the two linear actuators with the alternate drive extension or the speed wrench in the open direction (counterclockwise) until the door is fully opened.
NOTE: The same air pressure supply and the hose diameter must be
____ used on the alternate drive extension or the speed wrench to make sure the rotational speed (RPM) is the same.

If the drive system can operate, make sure these circuit breakers are open:
