C. Prepare For Installation

Make sure these circuit breakers are open with the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags attached:
(a)
On the Auxilary External 2 Power Center-Right panel P715: 1) NOSE CARGO DOOR
(b)
On the Power Distribution Center-Right panel P415: 1) 415F16, NOSE CARGO DOOR CONTROL
(c)
On the Nose Cargo Door Power panel H122:
1) DOOR LIFT
2) PULL UP CAM
3) LATCHES 1-4R
4) LATCHES 1-4L
5) LATCHES 5-8R
6) LATCHES 1-4L

Procedure

(1)
Install the switch in the control panel and connect the electrical wires.

(2)
Install the panel with screws.

(3)
Do an operational test for the switch (AMM 52-31-00/201).

Put The Airplane Back To Its Usual Condition

Make sure to remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers:

Open this circuit breaker and attach the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag:
(a)
On the Power Distribution Center-Right panel P415: 1) 415F16, NOSE CARGO DOOR CONTROL

Remove the cover from the panel.

(3)
Disconnect the electrical connector from the pressure switch.

(4)
Disconnect the No. 2 connector for the auxiliary static system.

(5)
Remove the mounting screws and the switch.
