1) Blue DOOR UP light goes off
2) White POWER ON light comes on.

When the door closes and the push-pull cam touches the cam rollers, make sure the drive unit and linear actuators stop and the push-pull cam actuator starts to pull the cam.

Make sure the push-pull cam actuator stops after the push-pull cam pulled the door to the fully closed position.

Make sure all the latch pins engage in the latch fittings smoothly.

On the door latch annunciator panel:
1) 16 green LATCHED lights come on
2) 16 amber NOT LCHD lights go off.

3. Adjustment - Nose Cargo Door System___________________________________
A. General
(1)
The adjustments of the nose cargo door mechanisms are in the order necessary for the door replacement. The adjustments of the mechanisms are related and you must do them in the following recommended sequence to make sure the door operation is correct:
(a)
The push-pull cam and actuator
(b)
The latch fittings
(c)
The linear actuators
(d)
The adjustable fairing skin
(e)
The hinge access clearance door
(2)
For the adjustment of the door warning switches, refer to AMM 52-71-00/501.
