Supply electrical power (Ref 24-22-00/201).

Open the nose cargo door to get access to the push-pull cam mechanism.
NOTE: The push-pull cam actuator must be in the fully extended
____ position during the removal and installation of the push-pull cam mechanism.

Open these circuit breakers and attach the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
(a)
On the Auxilary External 2 Power Center-Right panel P715: 1) NOSE CARGO DOOR
(b)
On the Power Distribution Center-Right panel P415: 1) 415F16, NOSE CARGO DOOR CONTROL
(c)
On the Nose Cargo Door Power panel H122: 1) DOOR LIFT 2) PULL UP CAM

CAUTION: DO NOT CLOSE THE NOSE CARGO DOOR WITH THE PUSH-PULL CAM
_______ ACTUATOR REMOVED. THIS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE PUSH-PULL CAM AND CAM ROLLERS.
(1) Remove the atachment bolts, nut and washers on the support fitting
and cam and remove the actuator.Push-Pull Cam Removal

Make sure the actuator pushrod is disconnected from the cam.
S 024-008
(2)
Remove the attachment bolts, nuts, and washers and remove the cam.Cam Support Fitting Removal
S 214-009
(1)
Make sure the actuator pushrod is disconnected from the cam.
S 034-010
(2)
Remove bolt, nut, and washers that attach the push-pull cam to the cam support fitting and remove the cam, if it is necessary.
S 024-011
(3)
Remove the atachment bolts and remove the support fitting, shims and fillers.
NOTE: Make sure to keep shims and fillers for installation.
