On the Nose Cargo Door Power panel H122:
1) 122XX, DOOR LIFT
2) 122XX, PULL UP CAM
3) 122XX, LATCHES 1-4R
4) 122XX, LATCHES 1-4L
5) 122XX, LATCHES 5-8R
6) 122XX, LATCHES 5-8L

Hold the door control switch in the CLOSE position until the door latch pins are fully engaged and LATCHES CLOSED light comes on.

Make sure the aft end of linear actuator shaft makes an overlap
0.25 to 0.75 inch on the inspection hole (Detail B, Fig. 402).

Make sure the forward position of actuator shaft touches the nylon support.

Fully open the nose cargo door and make sure the actuators operate correctly.
(6)
Close, latch and lock the nose cargo door.
(7)
Make sure all nose cargo door lights are extinguished.

A. General
(1)
You must adjust the lift mechanism using the steps in this procedure after you use the manual drive.
(2)
This is a scheduled maintenance task.

Equipment
(1)
MIT65B80430 - Alternate Drive Extension, Nose Cargo Door Lift Actuator (two quantities)
(2)
3/8-inch drive speed handles for manual operation of MIT65B80430 (two required)
(3)
Commercial air or electric reversible motors - 3000 rpm, no load maximum and 35 pound-inches minimum torque for power operation of MIT65B80430 (two required)
(4)
Adapter - 0.250-Inch Hex to 0.375-Inch Square Tang - Drive motors to MIT65B80430 connection
(5)
2MIT65B80430 Dual Outlet Rectifier Box
NOTE: This tool used to rectify 400-Hz airplane electrical power to
____ dc utility power as an alternate means of supplying power to electric motors when used to drive MIT65B80430.
(6)
Rig Pin ND-2 - 0.311-inch diameter, 2 inches long (two required)
