 2)  Measure the torque. When the torque increases by 15-20
 pound-inches, turn the actuator 1/2 turn in the
 counterclockwise direction.
 NOTE: This is when the internal stops are against each

 3)  Turn the torque wrench five additional turns in the counterclockwise direction.
 NOTE: This is the rigged closed position.

 (b)  Adjust the hook pin fittings if it is necessary to get the correct flushness. The dimensions for the zones shown in Fig. 406 are listed in Table I.

 (c)  The dimensions in Table I are used to fair the side cargo door with the aircraft body.

 (d)  If the door cannot be faired within the specified limits of the table, the limits may be exceeded by the following amounts:
 Up to 20% of door leading edge may be recessed within body contour by up to 0.02 inch more than limit specified.
 Up to 20% of door trailing edge may protrude outside body contour by up to 0.02 inch more than limit specified.
 (e)  Put a 3/16-inch diameter rod through the sight hole in the hook pin and make sure the rod can engage with the blind hole in the hook. If it is necessary, adjust the hook pin fitting on the serrated plates until the rod can engage with the hole in the hook. Make sure the door fair adjustment does not change.
