Manually adjust the actuator length through the manual drive port until you can install ND-2 rig pin freely through the rig pin hole on actuator (Detail C).

Make sure the DOOR UP light on panel H121 comes on.

Hold the door control switch in the OPEN position and make sure the door does not move.

Close the nose cargo door to the fully closed and latched position.

Make sure the aft end of linear actuator shaft makes an overlap
0.25 to 0.75 inch on the inspection hole (Detail C).
