Connect the flexible drive shafts on the linear actuators.

Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close this circuit breaker:
1) On the Nose Cargo Door Power Panel H122: a) PULL UP CAM

Hold the control switches to fully close and latch the nose cargo door.

Put the Airplane Back To Its Usual Condition

Make sure the door is fully closed, latched and locked.

Remove the electrical power, if it is not necessary.

Remove the safety barrier across the door opening.

1. General
A. This procedure only has illustrations and data for the wear limits of the components on the push-pull cam fittings. For the removal and installation of a damaged component (AMM 52-31-02/401).

Examine the bushings for worn areas (Figure 601).

Examine the aft end fitting for worn parts (Figure 601).
NOTE: This examination is only necessary when you replace the

bushings.
C. Linear Actuator Shear Lockbolt

When one or two both of the linear actuator shear lockbolt's is defective, continued operation is permitted. Make sure the nose cargo door is fully latched and is not used.

The alternative BACB30FM8A7 shear lockbolt and BACC30M8 collar replace the shear lockbolt and the collar . This will let the continued operation with the nose cargo door operative if the shear lockbolt key is installed (AMM 52-31-02/801).

Replace the linear actuator at a subsequent time when the spare linear actuator is available.
