 SEQUENCE SWITCHES - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

 1.  General_______
 A.  This procedure contains two tasks:
 (1)
The removal of the sequence switches from the side cargo door.

 (2)
The installation of the sequence switches on the side cargo door.

 B.  
This procedure gives instructions to remove and install the door down, door up, door closed, master latch lock, hook open, hook closed, latches open, latches closed, and midspan latch open switches.

Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers for the side cargo door:

 (a)  
P415 Power Distribution Center - Right 1) 415F17 SIDE CARGO DOOR CONT

 (b)  
P715 Aux/Ext No. 2 Power Center
 1) SIDE CARGO DOOR PWR

 WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE AWAY FROM THE DOOR AND
_______ THE DOOR OPENING WHEN YOU OPERATE THE DOOR. FAILURE OF THE LIFT MECHANISM COULD CAUSE THE DOOR TO CLOSE QUICKLY WHICH COULD CAUSE INJURY OR DAMAGE.
 CAUTION:_______IN CASE THE DOOR DOES NOT OPEN, STOP IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT OPERATE THE DOOR CONTROL SWITCH. HOLDING THE DOOR CONTROL SWITCH MAY DAMAGE THE ACTUATOR. WAIT AT LEAST 1 MINUTE BEFORE SECOND ATTEMPT. IF THE DOOR STILL DOES NOT OPEN, WAIT AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE THIRD ATTEMPT.
 (2)  
For access and adjustment of these switches, set the door as follows:

 (a)
Master latch lock switch: door not fully open.
