Disconnect the aft end fitting of the linear actuator from support structure (Detail C).

Remove cross bolt and forward pin.
(b)
Disconnect the aft end fitting of the linear actuator from support structure.

Remove the upper gimbal fitting from structure (Detail D).
(a)
Remove bolt, washer and nut (3 locations) and remove the upper gimbal fitting.
