Open and close door manually.
(a)
Manual operation of the door utilizes the same mechanisms as electrical operation, except that the normally electrically powered actuators are driven manually. Each actuator is driven manually until stops are contacted, then the next actuator in sequence is manually driven. Manual sequencing of mechanisms is the same as for electrical sequencing.

On door opening, the mechanism operating sequence is: master latch lock, latch, hook and lift.

On door closing, the mechanism operating sequence is: lift, hook, latch and master latch lock.

Control (Fig. 3)
CAUTION: DO NOT OPERATE OR LEAVE DOOR OPEN IN WINDS EXCEEDING 65 KNOTS.

STRUCTURAL DAMAGE MAY OCCUR.
CAUTION:_______IN CASE THE DOOR DOES NOT OPEN, STOP IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT OPERATE THE DOOR CONTROL SWITCH. HOLDING THE DOOR CONTROL SWITCH MAY DAMAGE THE ACTUATOR. WAIT AT LEAST 1 MINUTE BEFORE SECOND ATTEMPT. IF THE DOOR STILL DOES NOT OPEN, WAIT AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE THIRD ATTEMPT.
(1) Open and close the door electrically.
NOTE: You can open or close the cargo door from inside or outside
____ the airplane. You can only open or close the master latch lock handle from outside the airplane.
(a)
Connect electrical power.
(b)
Open door.
1) Push the inside or outside master latch lock handle release trigger and check that the master latch lock handle moves all the way down.
2) Make sure the green LATCHES CLOSED light on the door operators panel comes on.
CAUTION:_______IN CASE DOOR DOES NOT OPEN, STOP IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT OPERATE THE DOOR CONTROL SWITCH. HOLDING THE DOOR CONTROL SWITCH MAY DAMAGE THE ACTUATOR. WAIT AT LEAST 1 MINUTE BEFORE SECOND ATTEMPT. IF THE DOOR STILL DOES NOT OPEN, WAIT AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE THIRD ATTEMPT.
3) Place and hold inside or outside door control switch in the OPEN position until door is fully open.
NOTE: Door motion can be stopped or reversed at any point
____ by placing control switch in OFF or CLOSE position.
4) See that the green LATCHES CLOSED light on the operators control panel goes off.
(c) Close door
