Manually crank the latch actuators 5L and 5R to the fully closed positions and make sure the crank torque is not more than 20 pound-inches (approximately 150 turns from the fully open position to the fully closed position).

Manually crank the push-pull cam actuator until you can install the rig pin ND-4 through the cam and cam support fitting.
NOTE: The cam now is in the rig closed (or dwell) position.
