 WARNING:_______ MAKE SURE THAT PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE AWAY FROM THE DOOR AND
 THE DOOR OPENING WHEN YOU OPERATE THE DOOR.  FAILURE OF THE
 LIFT MECHANISM CAN CAUSE THE DOOR TO CLOSE QUICKLY WHICH CAN
 CAUSE INJURY OR DAMAGE.

 CAUTION:  TO ENSURE PROPER CHECK OF THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE SIDE CARGO DOOR, THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS APPLY: AIRPLANE SHOULD BE ON ITS GEAR: TAIL JACK SHOULD NOT BE INSTALLED, AND THE AFT BODY SHOULD NOT BE LOADED WITH CARGO.
 (1)  
Open the door electrically (Ref 52-32-00/001).

 S 726-020

 (2)  
Do a check of the adjustment of the door up switch.

 (a)  
Measure the clearance at the upstops of the rotary actuators.

 (b)  
Make sure the clearance is from 0.09 to 0.21 inches (See detail A).

 (c)  
Adjust the door up switch if the clearance is not correct (Ref 52-32-00/501).

 (3)  
Close the door electrically (Ref 52-32-00/001).

 S 726-021

 (4)  
Do a check of the adjustment of the lift mechanism.

 (a)  
Measure the clearance at the downstops of the rotary actuators.

 (b)  
Make sure the clearance is from 0.06 to 0.18 inches (Detail A).

 (c)  
Make sure you can turn the rotary actuator links with your hand.
