1) DOOR LIFT
2) PULL UP CAM
3) LATCHES 1-4R
4) LATCHES 1-4L
5) LATCHES 5-8R
6) LATCHES 5-8L

CAUTION: DO NOT CRANK THE LATCH ACTUATOR WITH MORE THAN 8 POUND-FEET
_______ TORQUE. THIS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE MANUAL DRIVE INPUT.

Manually crank each of 16 latch actuators to fully latch and unlatch the pins (approximately 150 turns from the fully latch to unlatched position) .
(a)
Make sure the maximum torque is 20 pound-inches during the latch pin extension.

Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close this circuit breaker:

Hold the control switches in the open position until the latches 5-8 L start to open and then release the switches.

Open this circuit breaker and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tag:

Hold the control switches in the open position and make sure the latches 5-8 L remain in the position.

Release the control switches and look to see these indications:
(a)
On the door latch annunciator panel:
1) 4 amber NOT LCHD lights 5-8 L come on
2) 4 green LATCHED lights 5-8 L go off.
(b)
On the door control and lights panel:
1) Green LATCHES CLOSED light goes off.

Turn the latch selector switch on the latch actuator test panel to the 8L position.

Push the LATCH CLOSED TEST switch and look to see the green LATCH CLOSED light comes on.
