12. Engine Dry-Out Procedure________________________
A. General
(1) This engine dry-out procedure, which includes the dry-out and lubrication of the engine sumps, is necessary when an engine has an in-flight shutdown. You must do this procedure in 24 hours after landing.
NOTE: You can ignore this procedure if the power plant is to be
____ operated in 24 hours after landing. The minimum recommended engine operation is 15 to 20 minutes at low idle power.
