 the precooler.

Put the Airplane Back To Its Usual Condition
____________________________________________ Fan Case Connections on the Left Side
 I.  Fan Case Connections on the Left Side
 S 434-101-C00
 (1)  Connect the electrical connectors as follows (Fig. 409):
 (a)  ENGINES WITHOUT THE SQUARE-TOOTHED CONNECTOR (6-GAGE WIRE) ON THE W200 WIRE BUNDLE; Connect the power feeder electrical connector (D410) and the grounding wire at the left service disconnect panel as follows: 1) Examine the electrical contacts for sign of arcing. 2) Examine the sealing grommets around the wires for damage
 and replace them if it is necessary. 3) Make sure the O-ring inside the electrical connector is installed correctly and is not damaged. 4) Make sure that the pin holes that are not used have protective plugs installed. 5) Connect the electrical connector D410 to the receptacle on the strut with the mark 'D410'.
 CAUTION:_______DO NOT TIGHTEN THE PLUG COUPLING RINGS TOO MUCH. DO NOT USE WATER PUMP PLIERS, PIPE WRENCHES, OR VISE-GRIP PLIERS TO TIGHTEN THE PLUG COUPLING RINGS, OR DAMAGE TO THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR CAN OCCUR.
 6)  Tighten the coupling ring with your hand.
 7)  Use a soft-jawed plug plier or strap wrench and tighten the coupling ring 1/8th turn more or until the colored indicator bars fully fill the slots in the coupling ring.
 8) Make sure that the rear end of the connector is not loose. 9) Remove the 7/16-inch nut (3) and washer (4) from the stud. 10) Attach the grounding wire to the stud on the strut and
 tighten with the nut (3) and the washer (4).
 (b)  ENGINES WITH THE SQUARE-TOOTHED CONNECTOR (4-GAGE WIRE) ON THE W200 WIRE BUNDLE; Connect the power feeder electrical connector (D410) and the grounding wire at the left service disconnect panel as follows: 1) Connect the electrical connector D410 to the receptacle on
 the strut with the mark 'D410' and tighten it with your hand.
 NOTE: If it is necessary, loosen the wire bundle
____ clamps on the engine.

 Fan Case Connections on the Left Side

 2)  Use the MT0011 connector tool and tighten the coupling nut to 200-240 pound-inches (22.6-27.1 Newton meters).
 3)  Make sure there is a minimum of 0.5-1.0 inch of play in the cable, measured between the connector backshell and the first clamp.
 4)  If it is necessary, tighten the wire bundle clamps on the
 engine. 5) Remove the 7/16-inch nut (3) and washer (4) from the stud. 6) Attach the grounding wire to the stud on the strut and
 tighten with the nut (3) and the washer (4).
 (c)  Connect the electrical connector (D400).

 (2)  
Connect the starter duct as follows (Fig. 409):

 (a)
Install the coupling (1) at the top end of the starter duct.


 NOTE: Make sure that the flanges have a maximum clearance
____ of 0.03 inch (0.76 mm) before you install the coupling.
 (b)  Tighten the clamp to 85-100 pound-inches
 (9.6-11.3 Newton meters).

 (3)  
Connect the hydraulic lines as follows (Fig. 409).

 (a)  
Connect the hydraulic pressure line, hydraulic supply line, and hydraulic case drain line with the quick disconnect couplings at the service disconnect panel.


 NOTE: As you connect these hydraulic connectors, look at the
