ENGINES WITH THE QUARTER TURN CLAMP; Install the fire extinquishing hose in the clamp and turn the quarter-turn fastener to attach the fire extinquishing hose to the fan air duct.

 (c)  
Attach the fire extinquishing hose and the pneumatic overtemperature sense hose to the bumper stop bracket with these fasteners: 1) ENGINES WITH THE WELDED SADDLE CLAMP;


 Use the two bolts (7), washers (8), nuts (9) and clamp (10). 2) ENGINES WITH THE WELDED 'P-CLAMP'; Use the bolt (7), washer (8) and nut (9) and clamp (10).

 (2)  
Use the clamp (1), washer (2) and nut (3) to connect the pneumatic overtemperature sense hose to the 5th-stage duct bracket (Fig. 404).

 (3)  
Connect the pneumatic overtemperature sense hose to the tee fitting on the right side of the PRSOV as follows (Fig. 404):

 (a)  
Apply the antiseize compound to the tee fittings on the PRSOV.

 (b)  
Connect the pneumatic overtemperature sense hose to the tee fitting on the right side of the PRSOV.

 (4)  Install the pressure sense line of the precooler control valve as follows (Fig. 404):
 NOTE: If you do not apply the anti-seize compound, the

 pneumatic fittings can become seized.

 (a)  
Apply the antiseize compound to the fittings on the sense line and the control valve.

 (b)  
Connect the sense line to the precooler control valve union.

 (5)  Connect the electrical connectors as follows (Fig. 403):
 (a)  Install the top and bottom pieces of the PRSOV bracket. 1) Install the three bolts (9 and 10) and washers (11).
 CAUTION: YOU MUST TURN THE CONNECTOR ELBOWS UNTIL THEY POINT DOWN.
_______ IF THE CONNECTOR ELBOWS DO NOT POINT DOWN, CLEARANCE PROBLEMS WITH THE FAN DUCT COWL AND THRUST REVERSER HALF CAN OCCUR AND POSSIBLY CAUSE EGT INDICATION FAULTS.
 (b)  Connect the electrical connectors D1208 and D1210 with the connector elbows pointed down.
 NOTE: The table that follows gives the mating information
____ for the electrical connectors D1208 and D1210.

 1) Tighten the electrical connector D1208 to 60-65
 pound-inches (6.8-7.3 Newton meters).
 a) Use the TG70 strap wrench (or equivalent). 2) Tighten the electrical connector D1210 to 30-35
 pound-inches (3.4-4.0 Newton meters).

 (c)  ENGINES WITHOUT THE CAPTIVE FASTENER CLAMPS;
 Attach the clamp (6), bolt (2), washer (3) and nut (4) that
 attach the W1508 wire bundle to the precooler.
 NOTE:____ The clamp was attached to the wire bundle.
 (d)  ENGINES WITH THE CAPTIVE FASTENER CLAMPS;
