 from the cart until fuel free oil flows out of the PHP port.
 (h)  Disconnect the oil pressurizing line from the PBP port.
 (i)  Lightly lubricate a new O-ring with engine oil, and install it
 on the PBP fitting.
 (j)  Install the fitting in the port on the fuel pump elbow.
 1) Tighten the fitting to 88-97 pound-inches (10-11 Newton
 meters).
 (k)  Install a cap on the PBP fitting.
 1) Tighten the cap to 45-50 pound-inches (5-5.6 Newton
 meters).
 (l)  Connect a line from the oil pressurizing cart to the PHP port.
 1) Tighten the connector to 45-55 pound-inches (5.1-6.2 Newton
 meters).
 (m)  Disconnect the CIT sensor PB line near the 9 o'clock strut
 fairing where the flex line attaches to the hard line.
 (n)  Remove the plug from the port on the pressurizing valve.
 NOTE: The plug is found on the rear of the pressurizing valve,____
 near the top flange.
 (o)  Fill the fuel pump PHP port with clean, filtered oil (CP2850)
 with the cart until oil flows out of the CIT sensor PB line and
 the pressurizing valve port.

(p)  
When the oil flows from the PB line and pressurizing valve port, temporarily plug the PB line and pressurizing valve port to prevent an oil spill.

 (q)  
Disconnect the oil pressurizing line from the PHP port.

 (r)  
Lightly lubricate a new O-ring with engine oil and install it on the PHP plug.

 (s)  
Install the plug in the fuel pump port.
 1) Tighten the plug to 45-55 pound-inches (5.1-6.2 Newton


 meters).
 2) Safety the plug with a lockwire.


 (t)  
Connect the PB flex line to the PB hard line.

 (u)  
Lightly lubricate a new O-ring with engine oil, and install it on the pressurizing valve plug.

 (v)  
Install the plug in the valve port.
 1) Tighten the plug to 38-42 pound-inches (4.3-4.7 Newton


 meters).
 2) Safety the plug with a lockwire.


 (w)  
Remove the drain plug for the fuel manifold (found on the left side of the pressurizing valve) and let the fuel to drain into a container.

 (x)  
Connect the line from the oil pressurizing cart to the drain
 port of the fuel manifold.


 (y)  
Fill the drain port of the fuel manifold with 2 quarts (1.9
 liters) of oil (CP2850).


 (z)  
Lightly lubricate a new O-ring with engine oil, and install it on the drain plug of the fuel manifold.


 (aa) Disconnect the oil pressurizing line from the drain port of the fuel manifold, and quickly install the plug. 1) Tighten the plug to 78-80 pound-inches (7.9-9.0 Newton
 meters).
 2) Safety the plug with a lockwire.

 (ab) Connect the fuel supply line to the fuel pump inlet. 1) Remove the cap from the fuel supply line. 2) Lightly lubricate the gasket with petrolatum and install it
 on the inlet port of the fuel pump. 3) Lightly lubricate the bolts (4 locations) for the fuel line flange with grease. 4) Install the fuel line flange on the fuel pump flange with the bolts and washers (4 locations each).

Make sure you install all plugs, connect all lines, and there is no sign of leakage.

 (4)  
Close the VBV doors if they are open (AMM 75-32-00/201).

 (5)  
Put the vapor barrier film on the VBV bleed grills.
