NOTE: It may be necessary to loosen couplings on the
____ 5th-stage duct forward of the valve to get clearance between the PRSOV and the precooler for engine removal.
(c)
Lower the PRSOV until it touches the engine case.
(d)
Disconnect the 11/16-inch fitting on the PRSOV downstream sense line from the left side of the PRSOV.
NOTE: To make the disconnect easier, turn the PRSOV
____ clockwise slightly until you can remove the sense line.
CAUTION: MAKE SURE YOU INSTALL CAPS ON THE SENSE LINE AND
_______ PORT. IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE CAPS, CONTAMINATION CAN OCCUR.
1) Install caps on the sense line and the PRSOV port.

NOTE: All the disconnects on the left side of the fan case are found
____ at the service disconnect panel on the left side of the strut.

(1) Do these steps to disconnect the thrust control push-pull cables:
NOTE:____There are two thrust control push-pull cables. They are the throttle control cable and the fuel shutoff cable.
(a) Disconnect the throttle control cable as follows (Fig. 406):
1) Move the throttle control cable until you can see the inner disconnect point.
NOTE: To move the cable, pull up on the cable until
____ you can see the disconnect point.
2) Loosen the two screws and remove the quick disconnect clamp (1) for the throttle control cable above the fuel control box.
NOTE: The two screws are captive.
____
3) Disconnect the inner control cables. a) To disconnect the cables, move the inner control cables apart sideways. 4) Temporarily install the quick disconnect clamp (1) on the throttle cable.
(b) Remove the two bolts (5) and washers (4) that attach the cover (6) on the right side of the fuel control box (Fig. 407). 1) Keep the bolts (5) and washers (4) for the installation.
