Procedure
S 422-011
(1)
Install the elevator feel unit (2):
(a)
Hold the elevator feel unit (2) to the support structure (14).
(b)
Install the bushing (13), bolt (12), washers (15 and 16), and nuts (7 and 8). 1) Tighten the nut (7) to 85-100 pound-inches. 2) Tighten the nut (8) to 30-40 pound-inches.
NOTE: Do not tighten the nut (7) again after you tightened

the nut (8).
(c)
Install the bolt (17), washers (15) and nut (8). 1) Tighten the nut (8) to 30-40 pound-inches.
(d)
Install the bolt (18), washers (15 and 16) and nuts (7 and 8).
1) Tighten the nut (7) to 85-100 pound-inches. 2) Tighten the nut (8) to 30-40 pound-inches.
NOTE: Do not tighten the nut (7) again after you tightened

Connect the control rod (4) to the elevator feel unit (2).
(f)
Install the bolt (11), the washers (9 and 10), and the nuts (7 and 8). 1) Tighten the nut (7) to 85-100 pound-inches. 2) Tighten the nut (8) to 30-40 pound-inches.
NOTE: Do not tighten the nut (7) again after you tightened
____ the nut (8).

Apply skydrol assembly lube to the hydraulic fittings before the installation.

Remove the caps from the hydraulic lines.

Connect the hydraulic lines H1 to the elevator feel unit.
