1. General_______
A. There are two tasks in this procedure. There is one task for the removal and one task for the installation of the elevator position transmitter.

The installation of the elevator rig pins E-1 and E-2
(2)
The removal of the elevator position transmitter
(3)
The installation of the replacement transmitter
(4)
The pressurization of the auxiliary pitot-static systems 1 and 2
(5)
The adjustment of the transmitter.
B.
The removal and installation procedure is the same for the inboard or the outboard elevator position transmitters.
