2) Measure the control column angle at this position. 3) Make sure the difference between the control column angles at the neutral and forward position is 3.7-5.5 degrees.

STABILIZER TRIM LIMIT SWITCHES - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. There are four tasks in this procedure. There is one task each for the removal and the installation of the stabilizer trim limit switches (which is referred to as the "limit switches") and the fuel range limit switch (which is referred to as the "fuel switch"). The procedure has these parts:
(1)
The removal of the limit switch and the mounting bracket (which is referred to as the "switch assembly")
(2)
The removal of the limit switch from the mounting bracket
(3)
The installation of the replacement switch assembly
(4)
The removal of the fuel switch
(5)
The installation of the fuel switch.
B.
The limit switches are on the mounting brackets that are attached to the bulkhead forward of the stabilizer front spar. Each switch and mounting bracket is removed as a unit (switch assembly). The mounting bracket and switch are assembled and adjusted as a unit before the installation.
C.
The removal and installation procedure is the same for all limit
switches.
D.
The fuel switch is on the left bulkhead forward of the stabilizer front spar.
