_______ THE ELEVATOR SURFACES BEFORE YOU MOVE THE STABILIZER. THE STABILIZER AND THE ELEVATOR SURFACES CAN MOVE QUICKLY AND CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

Use the STAB TRIM ALTN switches to set the stabilizer and the elevators to the neutral position.

Make sure the "B" dimension is 7.42 |0.05 inches (Fig. 501).
