Disconnect the wire bundle (7) at the terminal strip.
(c)
Remove the clamp bolts (12) and the clamps (10) on the left and right sides.
(d)
Disengage the control column splines and lift the control column clear of the cabin floor.

Make sure that the large piece of the dust seal cover is on the aft side of the control column (Fig. 402).

Install the plate of the control column with the fork on the aileron load limiter (Fig. 401).

Install the protractors and adapters on the control column and the elevator torque tube crank (Fig. 402).
NOTE: Do not install the protractor for the elevator torque tube

Set the control column 8 degrees 17 minutes |1.0 degree forward of the vertical.
