Remove the bolt assembly (24) from the reaction hinge:
1) Use the spanner wrench to remove the bolt assembly (24), the nuts (21) and (22), and the washer (23).
(e)
Remove the nuts (10), washers (9), bolts (5), and bushings (7) from the elevator hinge assemblies at hinge points 5 thru 10.
(f)
Remove the outboard elevator.
