Use the holding tool to move the inboard elevator to the full up position.

Hold the inboard elevator in the full up position.

Put the FLT CONTROL HYD POWER TAIL switches, on the P461 Pilots' Overhead Maintenance Panel, to NORM.

Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close these circuit breakers on the P7, Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel:

NOTE: The PCP will not go into the shipping crate unless it is
