Make sure the cables are in the straight line through the pressure bulkhead.
(c)
While you tighten the cables, adjust the pressure seals in the pressure bulkhead if it is necessary to keep the cables straight.
(d)
Make sure the rig pins E-1 and E-2 can be removed by hand after you tighten the cables.

Adjust the turnbuckles to apply tension equally to cables E2A and E2B:

Make sure the tensions of cables E2A and E2B are in the tolerances shown in graph II, Fig. 403.

(3) Set all FLT CONTROL HYD POWER TAIL on the P461 Pilots' Overhead Maintenance Panel in NORM.
