If you disconnected the hydraulic lines, do this task to pressurize the hydraulic systems No. 1, 2, 3 and 4: "Supply Hydraulic Power" (AMM 29-11-00/201).

(4) Use the STAB TRIM switches on the control wheel to examine the movement of the stabilizer:
(a) (b) (c) (d) Make sure the stabilizer starts, moves and stops smoothly.Make sure the stabilizer hinges move freely.Make sure the stabilizer hinges do not touch the stabilizer-to-body seals, the seal fairings and the seal doors.When you move the stabilizer from the 2 to the 5 units of trim, make sure the surfaces of the stabilizer are sealed to the
(e) fuselage.Make sure that one of the two surfaces of the stabilizer is sealed to the fuselage when you move the stabilizer more than 5 units of trim.

(5) If you disconnected the hydraulic lines, do these steps five times:
(a) Hold the STAB TRIM switches on the control wheel to NOSE UP. 1) Make sure the stabilizer position indicators on the control stand move to APL NOSE UP.
(b) 2) Release the STAB TRIM switches.Hold the STAB TRIM switches on the control wheel to NOSE DN. 1) Make sure the stabilizer position indicators move to APL NOSE DN.
2) Release the STAB TRIM switches.
