Install the leading edge slat actuator lockout set on the actuators of the leading edge slats (Ref 27-81-00/201).

(a)
Hold the seal door while you remove the bolts that attach the hinge assembly to the fixed leading edge.
(b)
Remove the seal door.

(1)
Install the seal door:
(a)
Put the seal door and the shims in the correct positions and hold. 1) If it is necessary, remove lamination from the shims to
attach the seal door correctly to the top panel. 2) Apply primer to the shims before the last installation.
(b)
Install the bolts that attach the seal door hinge assembly to the fixed leading edge.

Put the Airplane Back to Its Usual Condition

(1) Install the access panels.
