(b)
Put the speed brake lever in the UP position to lift the spoilers.
(c)
Make sure that the ground spoilers are up 60 |2 degrees from the fully retracted position.
(d)
Make sure that the spoilers No. 0 and 9 align in the limit of 2 degrees.
(e)
Make sure that the spoilers No. 1 and 8 align in the limit of 2 degrees.
(f)
Put the speed brake lever in the DOWN position to lower the spoilers.
(g)
Make sure that the spoilers are in the fully down position.
(h)
Remove the control surface protractor and the stand from the spoilers.

Put the Airplane Back to Its Usual Condition
(1)
Remove the system A hydraulic power (Ref 27-62-00/201).
(2)
Put the SPOILER A and B switches in the ON position.
(3)
Remove the electrical power (Ref 24-22-00/201).

1. General_______
A. There is one task in this procedure, an inspection of the ground spoiler actuator. To do the inspection you measure the diameters of the bushings that attach the actuator to the spoiler panel.

(1)
Remove the ground spoiler actuator (Ref 27-62-94/401).
S 226-003
(2)
Measure the bushings for the ground spoiler actuator (Fig. 601):
(a)
Remove the bushings from the rod end.
(b)
Use a micrometer to measure the bushings.
(c)
Compare the dimensions you measured with the permitted dimensions shown in Fig. 601.
(d)
Replace the bushings that are not in the tolerance.
(e)
Install the bushings.
(3)
Install the ground spoiler actuator (Ref 27-62-94/401).
