Measure the clearance between the spoilers and the flaps.

If the clearance is not in the tolerance, adjust the clearance again.

Procedure
S 865-016
(1)
Supply the electrical power (Ref 24-22-00/201).
S 865-017
(2)
Supply the system A hydraulic power (Ref 27-62-00/201).

(3)
Move the FLT CONTROL SPOILER system A and B switches to the OFF position.
S 725-019
(4)
Do the test of the ground spoilers No. 0, 1, 8 and 9:
(a)
Install the control surface protractor and the stand on the four ground spoilers.
(b)
Set the protractors to zero.
(c)
Move the speed brake lever in the UP position to lift the spoilers.
(d)
Make sure the ground spoilers are up 60 |2 degrees up from the fully retracted position.
(e)
Make sure the ground spoilers No. 0 and 9 align in the limit of 2 degrees.
(f)
Make sure the ground spoilers No. 1 and 8 align in the limit of 2 degrees.
(g)
Move the speed brake lever to the DOWN position to lower the spoilers.
(h)
Make sure the ground spoilers are in the fully retracted position.
(i)
Remove the control surface protractors and the stands from the spoilers.
