If continuity Check continuity from M229, exists, S856, for an open circuit. between D728B, pin 50 and wiring and connectors If LE FLAPS TRANSIT light still remains on, check light and M229 module for and connectors between the P6-2 panel. If light circuit breaker, C211, on short circuit to ground. remains on, check wiring Open LE FLAP POSN IND-DC Check continuity from M229 exists, ground. If no continuity connector D728B, pin 50 to  AMM 27-88-31/501. AMM 27-88-31/401, surface indicated circuit cards for module. Suspect A34 Stall Warning circuit cards A22, Repair or replace Comparator Logic; Warning module or Repair or replace repair wiring as module. Suspect annunciator.
