NOTE:____The 0.10 inch clearance adjustment is done with ú three way adjustable downstops only. ú
 (b)  If you find that the required 0.10 inch minimum clearance is
 not there or can not be adjusted, do one of these tasks: ú 1) Inspect the auxiliary tracks and its support fittings for ú damage and adjust the 0.10 inch clearance with the ú downstops following the procedure "Do a check of the ú clearance between the slat upper trailing edge to the fixed ú leading edge" (AMM 27-81-00/501 "Leading Edge Flap and ú Slats - Adjustment/Test").

Pressurize hydraulic system B (Ref 27-81-00/201).
