TO GET THE BOLT THREAD TO ENGAGE IN THE BARREL NUT AND MINIMUM BOLT SHANK BEARING CONDITION, ADJUST THE BOLT GRIP LENGTH AS IT IS NECESSARY TO ACCOUNT FOR THE TOLERANCE BUILDUP AND THE NUMBER OF SHIMS INSTALLED AT EACH STOP LOCATION 
ALL AUXILIARY TRACKS BUT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE OUTBOARD TRACKS ON SLATS 1 AND 6. 
SLATS 1 AND 6 OUTBOARD AUXILIARY TRACKS. 
SLATS 2, 3, 4 AND 5 OUTBOARD AUXILIARY TRACKS ONLY
SLATS 1 AND 6 MID AUXILIARY TRACKS ONLY 
ONE WASHER CAN BE REMOVED TO GET THE CORRECT TORQUE AND COTTER PIN INSTALLATION. 
USE A MINIMUM OF ONE WASHER ON EACH TRACK SIDE AND A MAXIMUM OF TWO WASHERS ON ONE
TRACK SIDE ONLY (EITHER SIDE), TO GET THE SPECIFIED CLEARANCE.
IF THE NUT IS INSTALLED, TIGHTEN THE NUT PAST THE SELF-LOCKING PORTION, THEN 
TIGHTEN TO 150-190 POUND-INCHES TO CLAMP UP THE CLEVIS AND BUSHINGS. 
THE CLEARANCE IS MEASURED PERPENDICULAR TO THE FIXED LEADING EDGE. 
THE CLEARANCE IS MEASURED WITH THE SLAT EXTENDED HYDRAULICALLY. 
PUT YOUR MEASURING TOOL ANYWHERE INSIDE THE 0.5 |0.1 INCH AREA FORWARD OF THE
TRAILING EDGE END OF THE LOWER SURFACE OF THE SLAT UPPER TRAILING EDGE.
