THE LOOSE FIT BUSHING PROVIDES 0.062 INCH NOMINAL CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE BUSHING AND THE FITTING.
NO BUSHING BETWEEN THE BOLT AND THE TRACK PROVIDES 0.074 INCH NOMINAL CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE BOLT
AND THE TRACK.
IF PRESS FIT BUSHINGS IN THE FORWARD SUPPORT FITTING HAVE BEEN REPLACED, REAM THE BUSHINGS TO
THE DESIGN LIMITS.

OUTBOARD FLAP TRACK FAIRINGS - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. There are two tasks in this procedure. There is one task for the removal and one task for the installation of an outboard flap track fairing.
B. The fairings for the flap tracks on the outboard trailing edge flaps have three parts. These three parts are a forward (fixed) fairing, a center (movable) fairing, and an aft fairing that is attached to the center fairing.
C. This procedure gives instructions for the removal and the installation of a center (movable) flap track fairing on the outboard trailing edge flaps.
