7) Stop for two minutes, then do this task: "Hydraulic System
B Depressurization" (AMM 27-51-00/201). 8) Make sure that you can install the rig pin F-1 freely. 9) If you cannot install the rig pin freely, do the cam link
adjustment again. 10) Tighten the checknuts and install the lockwire. 11) Make sure the threads engage in the limits shown.

Remove the rig pin F-1.
(o)
Do this task: "Hydraulic System B Pressurization"
(AMM 27-51-00/201).
(p)
Extend and retract the flaps five times: 1) Put the flap control lever in the 40-unit detent to extend the flaps.
2) Put the flap control unit in the UP detent to retract the flaps.
(q)
Stop for two minutes, then do this task: "Hydraulic System B Depressurization" (AMM 27-51-00/201).
(r)
Make sure that you can install the rig pin F-1 freely in the flap control unit.
(s)
If you cannot install the rig pin freely, adjust the cam link for the trailing edge flaps again.

Install the lower pan on the flap control unit.

Use the wrench set to adjust the flap limit switches:
(a)
Do this task: "Mach Trim Flap Switch" (AMM 22-21-31/501).
(b)
Do this task: "Flap Limit Switch Adjustment"
(AMM 27-51-87/501).
(c)
Do this task: "Flaps 10 degree Switch Adjustment"
(AMM 27-88-21/501).
(d)
Do this task: "Stall Warning Switch Installation"
(AMM 27-88-31/401).
(e)
Do this task: "Flap Landing Warning Switch Installation" (AMM 31-26-12/401).
(f)
Do this task: "Flap Takeoff Warning Switch Installaiton" (AMM 31-26-23/401).

Install the limit switch cover:
(a)
Apply a layer of the grease on the cover.
(b)
Install the cover on the flap control unit.
