 measure if the indicator is clamped to other nearby
 structures.
 (b) Pull the bearing aft (10-30 pounds) by hand. Set the indicator
 to zero.
 (c) Push the bearing forward (10-30 pounds) by hand. Measure and
 record the total radial movement.
 (d) If the total radial movement is more than 0.007 inches, then
 replace the bearing.

 OUTBOARD FLAP TRACKS - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

 1.  General

 A.  There are two tasks in this procedure. There is a task for the removal and a task for the installation of the outboard flap tracks.
 (1)  It is very important to keep the initial thickness of the shims. The installation procedure has instructions for the replacement of damaged or lost shims. If you do not follow the instructions, the flap track can be not aligned.

If you will install the same flap and a new or overhauled flap track, measure the flap alignment with the wing chord plane (WCP).

Make sure the flaps are in the fully retracted position.
